Job Purpose
The Finance Analyst works closely with the Foods Finance Manager and overall Foods team in providing financial insights into key business decisions whilst creating actionable insights to achieve financial business targets with continuous performance monitoring and effective resource allocation.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Responsible for steering P&L Performance for Foods France by working hand in hand with your line manager and overall Foods team.
• Responsible for finance relating S&OP activities and high-quality rolling forecasts ensuring correctness and accuracy of data.
• Responsible for support with strategic plan modelling, innovation/renovation business cases calculations and overall budget control.
• Co-ownership of business performance and business partnering French teams. Provide insights into key business decisions through application of business acumen. Creates actionable insights and initiatives within the business team.
• Provides continuous performance monitoring, identifying key trends and proposing actions to capture opportunities and mitigation of risk.
• Undertakes business competitor performance review.
• Overall finance expertise and governance in all finance/accounting issues.
• Ensuring all business processes within the partnered function align with the Global framework of operations.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
• 5 years’ relevant working experience in Finance, preferably in FMCG industry.
• Fluent in English. French intermediate with proficiency preferred.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail resulting in useful business insights, Excel modelling and Powerpoint outputs.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility.
