🎯 Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies for CARICAM.
  • Manage campaigns across social media.
  • Analyze key metrics and generate performance reports.
  • Coordinate with sales and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Research market trends and consumer behavior in the region.
  • Ensure alignment with local operations to adapt UI strategies to each country’s market needs and user behavior.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the Central American market.
