The Treasury Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily, monthly and annual cash flow (direct and indirect), optimizing financial resources and implementing improvement and automation projects in the Treasury area. They will work strategically to ensure efficiency in financial management, improving processes, increasing the accuracy of reports and contributing to the company's decision-making.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Collaborate with local and global business partners to execute and manage bank reports and documents.
- Manage and monitor daily cash flow, ensuring visibility and accuracy of projections. Create and improve management reports and dashboards for better control and visibility of the cash position.
- Optimize the management of working capital, identifying opportunities for improvement in the accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory processes. Generating financial indicators.
- Coordinating relationships with banks and other financial stakeholders to ensure more agile and competitive operations.
- Supporting the team in making strategic decisions related to the company's liquidity and capital structure.
- Working with internal teams (Accounting, Controlling, FP&A) to ensure accurate financial reports.
- Constructive interactions with multi-functional teams to gather information for better accuracy of financial information.
- Lead initiatives to simplify and automate financial processes, implementing best market practices.
- Leading innovation and digital transformation projects in the Treasury area.
- Ensuring clear and efficient communication between the areas involved, aligning strategic and operational objectives.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the search for efficiency and innovation in Treasury processes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required. Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English are required.
- Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
- Broad knowledge of treasury topics, instruments, and processes related to financial risk management, cash management (direct and indirect) and corporate finance.
- Knowledge of financial investment and market operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of insurance operations will be a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP and financial transactions.
- Solid understanding of finance fundamentals.
