JOB PURPOSE
The Brazilian tax reform represents a significant and unprecedented change in the country's landscape, profoundly impacting how businesses operate. The Tax Reform project will focus on preparing the organization to navigate the change, adapting processes and systems, while designing the overall transformation strategy, in collaboration with functions and BUs.
As the finance coordinator for the tax reform project, you will evaluate the financial impact of the tax reform on different business units, ensuring compliance with the new tax framework, and preparing processes and systems for the transition. You will support the organization in adapting to the new tax regulations and managing restructuring funds efficiently. Additionally, you will assist Business Units in deploying the transformation strategy and provide crucial financial guidance throughout the process.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Customer and Revenue Management Project workstream by reviewing and adapting key customer development and pricing processes, ensuring seamless coordination with the CD HUB and BUs CD and Sales teams.
- Support in implementing the Tax Reform transformation strategy roadmap in collaboration with multifunctional teams (BUs and Functions) over a multi-year program, focusing on CD/Pricing.
- Coordinate pricing changes, ensuring smooth implementation across all relevant areas, and deploying necessary tools and capabilities to drive changes through the organization.
- Provide support in coordinating changes with customers and Business Units, ensuring alignment, and assisting in designing the cut-over plan to start the transition.
- Assist in deploying the new pricing tool with new tax rates, ensuring proper configuration to reflect the new tax rates accurately while reviewing price formation.
- Support the design of pricing strategies, collaborating with all BUs to create effective strategies that consider the significant changes brought by the tax reform, while anticipating customer and competitor reactions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and training plan for customers, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared to adapt to the new pricing structures and tax rates, avoiding business disruptions.
- Coordinate internal and external resources involved in the project, report project outcomes and risks to Unilever leadership, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Assist in leading processes and system changes for customer development, in coordination with various functions and Business Units.
