Título: Procurement logistic Coordinator
Se você está no negócio de Ice Cream da Unilever ou está pensando em trabalhar para o negócio de sorvetes da Unilever, você trabalhará para o líder global de sorvetes com faturamento de € 8 bilhões em 2023. O negócio de Ice Cream está operando em uma categoria altamente atraente, pois fazemos parte da indústria de lanches e bebidas de 1 trilhão, crescendo consistentemente em ritmo acelerado. Temos ações de marcas fortes: 5 das 10 marcas mais vendidas, incluindo Kibon, Magnum, Ben &Jerry's. Estamos investindo para liberar todo o potencial de crescimento da Ice Cream como uma entidade independente, assim que nos separarmos da Unilever, o que está planejado para acontecer até novembro de 2025. O sorvete tem características distintas dos outros negócios operacionais da Unilever e o potencial de crescimento de Ice Cream será melhor entregue sob uma estrutura de propriedade diferente.

PROPÓSITO DA FUNÇÃO
The Procurement Logistic Coordinator in Brazil will be responsible to implement the sourcing strategy development and procurement of Warehousing and Transportation services in the Frozen Network for the Brazil Region. This position is responsible for business partnering with logistics function at a market level and sourcing in the markets with logistics partners across warehousing, full truckload, intermodal, less than truck load, drayage, domestic ocean, pallets and last Mile.
If you are dedicated to implementing Procurement Strategies in various areas like Competitive Buying, Sustainable Sourcing, and building partnerships for Logistics Procurement across Brasil, this role is perfect for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage relationships, negotiations, and allocations with suppliers Accountable for relationships with multiple suppliers, focusing on responsible sourcing, quality, performance management, continuous improvement, resilience, segmentation, contractual models, strategies, and 3PL negotiations
Support Brazil competitive buying initiatives.
Lead/ assist as appropriate in the tender process for your portfolio nclude your portfolio.
Assist in the procurement contracting process and contract management for designated portfolios.
Contribute to sustainability projects and initiatives (alternative fuels, energy-efficient operations).
Implement and execute the Procurement Strategy.
Ensure Procurement compliance and advancement of the digital agenda.
Serve as a center of excellence by providing subject-matter expertise across various Logistics sub-portfolios and fostering value creation opportunities.
Support the establishment and promotion of a Community of Logistics Procurement practice.
Analyze data for trends, patterns, anomalies, and insights beneficial to business.
Lead cross-regional projects or activities as directed by the line manager.
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree is required at minimum.
- Great experience in Procurement or Logistics is essential. Experience should be within Unilever, the FMCG industry, or a large, complex organisation with significant portfolio and market knowledge.
- Successful track record in Strategy and Capability Development and Implementation.
- Proficiency in Supply Market Intelligence, Analysis, Competitiveness, and identifying value opportunities.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, both in-person and virtually.
SKILLS:
- Exceptional negotiation abilities,
- Advanced interpersonal and communication competence including stakeholder management,
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish
- Outstanding analytical capabilities,
- Proficient operational skills with computer applications (MS Office) and advanced expertise in MS Excel,
- Financial knowledge to offer insights on inflation effects,
- Expertise in sustainable sourcing,
- Strong business and commercial insight,
- Problem-solving aptitude, particularly for independently addressing complex issues in uncertain environments under dynamic conditions and time constraints,
- Data-driven decision making,
- Cost modeling, and change management.
