Join us as Supply Chain Planning Coordinator - CM (Collaborative Manufacturing)
JOB PURPOSE
The Assistant Manager, Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) Operations is a key role supporting the Personal Care North America Supply Chain, reporting to the Strategic Planning & CM Ops Manager in São Paulo, Brazil. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement across the Personal Care North America - CM network.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
• Monitor, report, and improve CM performance (OR/OTIF) and liabilities management, including data collection and analysis.
• Maintain and adjust VMI and safety stock models for NFG materials, ensuring optimal inventory levels
• Analyze FG and NFG MOQs to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Generate and distribute critical reports, including capacity waterfalls, inventory models, and safety stock data.
• Provide transactional support for site performance and facilitate content generation for key business touchpoints (capacity reviews, business reviews).
• Liaise with Planning teams to ensure timely collation and distribution of waterfall data and support OTIF tracking/escalations.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
• Change Maker: You drive operational improvements by proactively identifying and implementing solutions that reduce liabilities and minimize waste across contract manufacturing sites.
• Data Shepherd: You collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets—such as capacity waterfalls, inventory models, and safety stock—to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Connector: You collaborate with planning, innovation, and manufacturing teams in North America and Brazil to ensure seamless capacity planning, timely reporting, and effective issue resolution.
• Reporting Architect: You take ownership of critical reporting processes, ensuring stakeholders have accurate, timely, and relevant information to guide business decisions.
• Process Optimizer: You maintain and enhance VMI and safety stock models, and leverage MOQ analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS
• High proficiency in SAP and Excel; experience with automation tools (e.g., bots, macros) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business, Logistics, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, capacity planning, and supply chain operations within a manufacturing context.
• High level of initiative, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
