Order to Cash INTRODUCTION
Order to Cash, also known as O2C or OTC, refers to the set of business processes for receiving and processing customer sales and claim orders for goods and services and their payment.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Managing Turkey business day to day order entry process with putting quality, compliance, and efficiency as key focus
- Responsible for applying effective operations, prioritizing workload to meet the demand and service
- Analyzing and supporting improvement opportunities for Order Entry processes to achieve cost / time savings
- Supporting Morocco and Tunisia (as back-up) with process & system expertise
- Supporting transition projects deployment for relevant Order Entry processes
- Working collaboratively with regional & local O2C, IT and local Customer Service teams
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent Turkish and good English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Customer centric mindset
- Team player with flexibility and a positive attitude
- Effective problem identification and solution skills
- Strong analytical skills to establish plans and manage multiple assignments.
- Organized self-starter who can act with limited supervision
- Understanding and good application of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- SAP experience (preferred)
