MAIN JOB PURPOSE
Prestige Category Assistant Manager will play a key and strategic role in leading the growths of brands under prestige business group which is newly launched in Korea.
This role reports to marketing category leader in Unilever Korea, and will require working effectively together with brand country lead, and cross functional teams. You will adhere to the original brand business philosophy and values and lead all aspects of brand marketing including strategic planning, landing innovations, brand implementation and executions.
Key brand for Prestige category in Korea is Dermalogica and there is possibilities of other global brands coming from global in future.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop Integrated Business Planning for mass premium skin care brand aligned with global strategy.
Be category guardian for responsible brands to drive brand growth in right way
Manage category issues and opportunities to derive category and brand growth
Manage category portfolio and portfolio strategy
Lead innovations through finding insights from market, consumer and customer
Plan and execute integrated brand marketing plan and campaign
Track the performance and analyse effectiveness / outcomes of activations
Collaborate with agencies and cross functional teams to deliver on-time brand/product launch
Report issues/problems and come up with solutions/recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring
Manage financial status (P&L/A&P etc) and understand drivers and identify issues, challenges and opportunities to deliver sustainable growth
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 7 years of relevant marketing experience
More than 3 years of marketing experience in FMCG
Managerial and .com experience preferred
Premium/Masstige brand experience preferred
National retail marketing experience preferred

Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent management skills - Ability to interface with a wide range of individuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills - Quickly identify and work through obstacles.
Conceptual thinking - can integrate various sources of information into one coherent idea.
Superior execution abilities - deliver what needs to be done to meet objectives, prioritizes and plans work actions, establishes, and meets goals and objectives.

Strategic thinker - Must be able to create and execute a strategy for accounts yet revise plans in mid- course if necessary.
Pioneer mindset trying new things and discovering ways for relatively new business
Fluency in Korean and English
