BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Customer Strategy and Planning Executive delivers consistent, competitive, and profitable growth by translating the Beauty & Wellbeing brand strategies into holistic category growth plans in the Health, Go, Beauty and e-Commerce channels.
This requires an in-depth understanding of category-channel portfolio opportunities and competitiveness, that leads to the development and deployment of strong shopper marketing programs activating the 4Ps (product, price, place, promo) that considers category trends/ opportunities, shopper needs, and retailer/channel priorities, while ensuring investment efficiency.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and deploy category growth strategy for Health, Go, Beauty and e-Commerce channels based on category data, shopper insights, and retailer/channel opportunities
- Develop and deploy category commercial plans and define right investment model to deliver competitive and profitable business results
- Brings the voice of the Health and Go channel shoppers and/or retailers into the country business unit, to ensure plans are designed for channel, especially in terms of portfolio and deployment plans
- Defines category channel execution blueprint to ensure our brands win shoppers at both the physical and digital shelves
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, supply chain and finance to drive category-channel growth agenda internally in Unilever

- Project Management and Communication skills: able to manage project networks, can clearly and effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners to land projects and shared objectives On Time and In Full (OTIF).
- Strategic influencing: able to drive category agenda with different high-level stakeholders and partners to deliver business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- With 2 to 5 years of experience in Category management, Shopper channel marketing and/or Trade Marketing
- Experience in Digital/Dcommerce marketing is a plus
- Familiar with data analytics tools and dashboards
- Previous experience in the industry of beauty and personal care, FMCG, retail
- Amenable for a contract based role for 6 months
