JOB PURPOSE
The Condiments business is a key growth driver for Nutrition Greater Asia and one of the strongest globally. With a strong Mayonnaise business in the Philippines, the focus is on accelerating market development and future-proofing the business with more delicious, nutritious, and purposeful products and brands. The Nutrition Philippines Condiments Innovations Manager will support the Innovations Lead in realizing this vision. This role will primarily assist in designing the category’s growth strategy, creating purposeful, distinctive, and compelling creative work that builds brand power, and executing the brand renovation and innovation roadmap for the Philippines. The Innovations Manager will collaborate with local and global Condiments brand teams to ensure that every mix incorporates local insights and key market considerations for successful launches. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and action-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering brand superiority.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to generate actionable insights and inform decision-making.
- Strategy Support: Assist in the development of strategies and plans that set clear direction and drive brand and business growth, identifying gaps and opportunities within the market.
- Project Execution: Support the execution of renovation and innovation projects that align with the short-term and long-term growth agenda.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the Local Brand Performance Team to ensure brand competitiveness across the 6Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, and Performance).
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Global Brand Team to ensure alignment and integration of local insights into global brand strategies.
Experiences & Qualifications:
- Brand Management: 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related area, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of successful delivery.
- Innovation: Experience in product development and innovation processes, from ideation to launch.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design and detail.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive plans that align with business objectives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
- Leadership: Potential to lead and inspire teams, with previous leadership experience being an advantage.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
