Job Title: Reward Manager – Philippines
Location: Bonifacio Stopover Corporate Center, Manila
Reporting To: Senior Reward Manager - Greater Asia
Purpose of the Role
The Reward Manager plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing total reward strategies and programs for the country. This includes compensation, benefits, and global process execution to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reward Strategy & Business Partnering
- Act as the primary interface for HR Business Partners and leadership on reward matters.
- Design and deliver country reward roadmap aligned with global principles and local needs.
- Balance global guidelines with local market realities to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
2. Compensation & Pay Review
- Lead annual pay review process, ensuring accurate data validation and reward differentiation.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis using external surveys (Mercer, Aon, Korn Ferry).
- Recommend pay scales, salary increase budgets, and maintain internal equity.
3. Benefits Management
- Design, implement, and administer local benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement plans).
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and compliance.
4.Global Process Execution
- Serve as focal point for global reward processes such as Annual Pay Review (APR), Living Wage audits, and MyReward system.
- Ensure seamless execution and reporting of global initiatives
5.Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to local legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain audit readiness and data hygiene across all reward processes.
6.Communication & Capability Building
- Cascade reward philosophy and policies to employees and HR community.
- Build capability within HR teams through training and engagement sessions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in compensation & benefits, payroll or total rewards, ideally in a multinational/FMCG environment, 5+ years of experience in overall HR (including reward).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of local employment laws and reward best practices.
