The role holds key responsibility in ensuring Distributor replenishment is executed flawlessly while maintaining high service level and minimizing waste (NMSM, Detention). The role is very hands on operational and requires people willing to work extra mile and have personal traits of "getting the job done".

Main Responsibilities

  • Translating business decision regarding DT stock glidepath into operational execution

  • Doing regular update of RR, stock norms, stock target and ensuring hygiene data in replenishment process

  • Keeping track of PS and SS to ensure replenishment is able to react accordingly

  • Driving, validating and improving GT DR especially for HC and Foods

  • Keeping track of NPD, promo, allocation deployment and process on the BU under the role and ensuring process adherence on all the activities

  • Ensuring transition is conducted in the right manner and avoid any adverse impact

  • Working in collaboration with non CSO stakeholders (CF, Logistic, Planners, CSP, COE, CD Finance, etc) and also L2

  • Driving overall process improvement and simplification and delivering analysis to support business especially on HC and Foods BU

Candidate Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or science

  • Strong background in supply chain management, as well as experience in replenishment and project management

  • Knowledge in end-to-end supply chain especially order generation, order management, data management and analysis.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel tools. Having understanding of other data analytic and data processing tools (SQL, phyton, etc) will be an advantage

  • Have a mindset of getting the job done and always thriving of improving the performance
