Job Purposes

• Outstanding in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in procurement to challenge the status quo.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead price forecasting for the Flexibles Packaging Indonesia -- Partner with Finance, global portfolio procurement to understand and communicate the drivers of key inflation movements, identify opportunities to prevent and/or mitigate inflation, and review progress.

• Own responsibility to manage saving projects, related to buying savings, big bets and product logic. This role also includes involvement in 5S/F4G workshop to collaborate with stakeholders in identifying saving opportunities,collaborate for implementation, and manage saving reporting in our reporting platform.

• Lead the contract negotiation or quarterly price review to ensure the competitive and updated price reflected in Unilever contract to further enhance business profitability.

• Lead resilience strategy over material sourcing through tactical and strategic approaches, such as: buffer stock agreement (joint work with Planner), alternative sourcing/material approval / spec change (joint work with R&D), lead time/Minimum Order Quantity (MoQ) review, etc.

• Responsible of the end-to-end contracting and any relevant legal documentation compliance, ie: NDA, UPA, Commercial Terms Contracts (CTC) / Universal Product Code (UPC), Special Terms Contract (STC) for related investment, service level agreement, and any other requirements.

• Be procurement contact lead of Flexibles Packaging Indonesia to internal and external key stakeholders both in day-to-day operational task as well as in innovation projects.

• Development of contingency plans and alternatives to ensure supply supply security/

• Quarterly/Monthly presenting to the business & other internal stakeholders about sourcing update and other key projects related.

• Maintain suppliers’ compliance at site (example: Unilever Supplier Qualification System (USQS), Understanding Responsible Sourcing Audit (URSA), SQA, etc) and material level (example: D&I, Living Wage, etc).

• Partner with SC (Planning, Quality, Production, Engineering, etc) for operational supply management, include: supplier’s capacity review and action progress monitoring, quality continuous improvement with key offenders of EA, EB, and EC incidents, actions required when experiencing material shortage, suppliers’ business waste settlement

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Innovation Project Management or R&D.

• Proven track record in delivering capability in data analytics and its visualization, project management, and presentation.

Skill

• Excellent communication skills.

• Analytical skills.

• Experience of Procurement processes is an advantage.

• Good networking and relationship management skills.
