Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategies that leverage digital technologies, AI, and automation to enhance multi-functions transformation efforts, while ensuring the alignment of the initiatives with Beauty & Wellbeing business objectives,

  • Prioritizes and aligns the plan, outcomes and timelines with relevant stakeholders across business & products,

  • Drives benefits and adoption with the business unit and global products team,

  • Drives value realization through adoption, local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritization, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement,

  • Drive business deployment of BU specific or BU tailored products, working closely with products to ensure outcome delivery,

  • Advocate for the adoption of innovative tools and practices to maintain a competitive edge, and

  • Proactively identify opportunities toleverage AI and Automation to drive productivity, growth or operational effectiveness.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Change Management experience

  • Business partnering & analytics experience

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, or equivalent experience in a multinational corporation.

Skill

  • Digital acumen – experience with digital technologies – including AI and automation,

  • Business acumen – especially commercial,

  • Strong influencing, conflict management and stakeholder management skills,

  • Program / project management to ensure delivery of outcomes,

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, and

  • English spoken and written skills
