Main Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategies that leverage Digital Technologies, AI, and Automation to improve Productivity, Growth or Operational Effectiveness
  • Prioritises and aligns the plan, outcomes and timelines with PC team on growing Special Channel & Strategic Project
  • Drives benefits and adoption with the BU Team & Products.
  • Drives local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement. Working closely with products to ensure outcome delivery
  • Advocate for the adoption of innovative tools and practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • As Analytic SME and Project Manager for Strategic Priorities in PC

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Digital Expertise. Especially related to Process & Analytics
  • Business & Operational Acumen from one of BU
  • Project Management
  • Excellence in delivering ideas to stakeholders & counterpart
  • Have strong Performance Culture and Acknowledgement from business users
