Main Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategies that leverage Digital Technologies, AI, and Automation to improve Productivity, Growth or Operational Effectiveness
• Prioritises and aligns the plan, outcomes and timelines with Home Care team on growing Special Channel & Strategic Projects
• Drives benefits and adoption with the BU Team & Products
• Drives local & global stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement. Working closely with global product teams to ensure outcome delivery
• Advocate for the adoption of innovative tools and practices to maintain a competitive edge
• As Analytic SME and Project Manager for Strategic Priorities in Home Care

Candidate Criteria

• Minimal 3 years experience applying Business & Operational Acumen from at least one Business Unit with a strategic and business development lens
• Digital Expertise. Especially related to Process & Analytics
• Experience leading and managing complex Programs and Projects
• Excellence in delivering ideas to internal and external executive stakeholders & counterparts
• Have strong Performance Culture and Acknowledgement from business users
