Job Purpose
The DT Integrated Execution Manager plays a pivotal role in driving digital trade execution excellence across market workstreams, salesforce productivity, loyalty programs, and store transformation initiatives. This role ensures seamless integration of digital tools, data logic, and operational processes to enhance field execution, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
Market Work & Sales Execution
Drive integrated market work strategies to optimize field force coverage and productivity.
Lead initiatives to enhance Salesman efficiency and route-to-market effectiveness.
Oversee Jasper deployment and utilization to support frontline execution.
Loyalty Program Management
Execute and scale loyalty programs such as Juragan and Kios Cantik.
Manage end-to-end loyalty operations including point injection, redemption, and delivery.
Maintain and govern loyalty master data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Better Stores & Coverage Transformation
Lead Better Stores initiatives to elevate outlet experience and visibility.
Champion Better Served Driven strategies including FOV (Focus Outlet Visibility) and FOP (Focus Outlet Productivity).
Digital Tool Mastery & Logic Development
Own the creation and refinement of IQ input templates and logic frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust data integration and actionable insights.
Incentive & Budget Management
Design and implement DSR (Distributor Sales Representative) incentive frameworks.
Manage E2E budget planning, tracking, and optimization across execution programs.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Oversee vendor performance and ensure alignment with execution KPIs.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
5+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales operations, or digital execution.
Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major)
Strong analytical skills with experience in data logic and tool development.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with digital trade platforms and loyalty ecosystems.
Skill
Strong analytical thinking related to produce insights & action plans to increase sales & market work to gain market share
Excellent communication skill & cability to manage and negotiate with all stake holder
Excellent data driven & business accument to translate bussiness need & system capabilities
Ability to convince and influence team & others stake holder to execute strategic & plan
