Job Purpose
As Finance Business Partner for FOODS Indonesia, you will be the forefront of the business in driving finance and business agenda in delivering our Strategic Objectives. Working closely with Demand Creation team of Royco, your finance and commercial leadership will be critical in driving key agenda of the business namely business case and Innovation, drive, pricing strategy as well as drive clarity and long-term growth and portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
- Support in providing finance & commercial partnering to Category Leader in FOODS in delivering FOODS growth agenda in term of growth, competitiveness with the right investment level supported by clear KPI and insight, especially for Royco
- Support to drive the quality of Innovation Business Case as part of Investor Board review with FOODS Leadership Team and put innovation performance actual and YTG
- Assist the Competitor Intelligence for Indonesia FOODS (understanding Shadow P&L, investment model)
- Supervise the Business case evaluation (pre and post launch) of innovations
- Coordinate to drive pricing initiatives along with NRM team to drive growth and Gross Margin expansion
- Monitor the control framework is in place and working in marketing.
- Coordinate to identify the opportunities for processes and reports for simplification and harmonization. Working closely with FPM team to continuously drive synergy and way of working improvement.
Assist to provide adhoc support and financial analysis to the Indonesia BU team
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Minimum 4 years of Finance experience
Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Reporting, Forecasting, Performance management and Sales Finance and/or Supply Chain Finance.
University degree, preferable in Finance, Accounting, Economics and Management

Ability to deal with large number of data and convert it into insight
Learning agility, collaborative spirit, result oriented
Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments
Proactive individual with “can-do” attitude
Good in communication, organizational and presentation skills
English fluency
Experience in being accountable for Target delivery.
Excellent Excel/Presentation skills and Analytical Skills
Good Communication Skills and able to work in fast paced environment and manage timelines
