Job Purpose

Drive growth for the Foods Business Unit by managing key minimarket accounts—Indomaret, Alfamart, and Alfamidi. This role focuses on maximizing selling-in and selling-out performance, building strategic partnerships, and delivering joint business plans that align with FOODS ID objectives for sustainable, profitable growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Account Management – Act as the primary contact for key accounts, maintain strong long-term relationships, build loyalty, and design tailored strategies to address channel challenges.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth – Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and drive profitable growth.

  • Strategic Planning – Analyze market trends and client data to anticipate future needs; collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver value-added solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Performance Monitoring – Track and report account performance, conduct regular business reviews, and ensure execution excellence.

  • Problem Resolution – Address client issues promptly and effectively to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Education Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field

Experience Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing within FMCG or retail industry.

  • Proven track record of managing large retail accounts and delivering sales growth.

  • Experience in minimarket channel (Indomaret, Alfamart, Alfamidi) is highly preferred.
