Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities
Together with Marketing Director, you will create and execute a compelling Brand Purpose, BCI, and BVI that can take the brand to a new height.
Create Brand Marketing Plans to address the brand issues and opportunities acting as the guardian of these plans and ensuring their effective implementation.
Act as the brand guardian, possessing an extensive understanding of consumer culture, communities, and social media platform.
Development of a share-growth-oriented marketing & category plan that seizes opportunities in product renovation, pricing strategy, competitor activities, customer/channel (e.g. convenience format, discounter) specific needs
Champion optimal launch of innovation platform. Monitor and review effectiveness of innovation and renovation program to inform future plans. Ensure continued focus on and support of innovation platforms once launched.
Management of marketing budgets within agreed targets and align with customer advertising activities. Other tasks assigned by line manager
Lead the execution of social first marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and brand equity.
Lead the execution of grass-root brand experience activation, generate trial and recruitment of consumer into the brand
Lead and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and excellent execution
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
A leader who thrives under pressure, has experienced failure, and has a strong track record of motivating and inspiring team.
8+ years’ experience in marketing roles, with strong experience in country roles. Brand development, global/regional marketing experience, and sales experience is a strong plus
Track record of success and category management under difficult market and competition circumstances.
Visionary, experience in crafting long term strategic direction of brand, category, and action plans in achieving the ambition
Positive, assertive yet empathetic leadership, with exceptional ‘disruptive’ attitude to enable business expansion
Good learning agility, agile and open personality
Strong ability to communicate in English is a must. Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia is a welcome bonus.
Skill
Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated business plan.
Proven project and budget management experience
Strong creative brain that can translate brand strategy into a compelling – consumer facing activation
Strong combination of mix development & execution experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skill to influence stakeholders
