We offer you the opportunity to kick-start your career in the sales area as a Junior Key Account Manager, taking responsibility for the flawless execution of strategy at the point of sale and across retail channel accounts, with strong opportunities for professional development.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • You will lead one of the business units and be responsible for ensuring that the external POS team meets the assigned KPIs
  • Work closely with the category to understand the needs and communicate them to the accounts and the external POS execution provider
  • Coordinate information with the external POS execution provider. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve in-store execution capability. 
  • Work closely with the accounts to streamline and secure execution. 
  • Review monthly execution results and identify gaps. 
  • Manage medium-billing proximity channel accounts.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Economics. 
  • Strong action and results-oriented mindset. 
  • Analytical skills and solid data management capabilities. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, with strong planning and project follow-up abilities. 
  • Fluency in English is essential. 
  • Valid driver’s license required.
