JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for the E2E People Agenda within the Future of Work Framework and Responsible Automation concepts for all the Factories in Brazil;
  • Direct HR responsibility for Vinhedo and Indaiatuba, the two most relevant factories in Brazil in terms of turnover and profit. Beyond that, lead WL2 HR team who are responsible for the other factories;
  • HR Generalists: HR teams in factories are responsible for both HR Business Partner and People Experience roles, being responsible for all moments that matter, internal movements, engagement, communication, union relations, diversity & inclusion, leadership development, labor costs, visits and presentations etc;
  • Skill Trainer: Lead the national strategy for upskilling and reskilling people within Factories  Brazil, connecting with UMS, BUs, Global SC Networks, etc. Including Legal & Mandatory, Technical and Leadership Training.
  • Be the HR Lead on the UBI Board and the HR Lead at the monthly Manufacturing Committee;
  • Responsible for Union Relations within LatAm, connecting local and global teams;
  • Guarantee alignment and harmonization among factories for people and cultural related topics;
  • Land global and regional SC Strategy, BUs and national demands, making it locally relevant in the factories;
  • Be the single point of contact from factories for key stakeholders;
  • Considers the bigger picture at all times by making connections and drawing conclusions about the impact of activities and issues on each other.  
  • Supports the development and implementation of HR solutions by understanding how the organization works.  
  • Advises on Reward & Performance Management tools. Works closely with managers to ensure they understand how performance management tools combine to enhance performance, and attract, engage, and retain employees.  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bacheloor’s Degreed Completed;
  • We are looking for someone with agility, strong sense of purpose and are passionate about leading from within to bring out the best in other;
  • We are looking for someone who works collaboratively, with E2E of people experience and has a great steakholder management;
  • Also, this job requires good leadership development knowledge and as well deep understanding of the Future of Work and Responsible Automation concepts;
  • Strong Analytical thinking and data driven decision making;
  • A solid understanding of Human Resources and Change Management;
  • Encourages groups and individuals to work collaboratively by focusing on the common purpose of the team;
  • Flexibility for change and adjustment.
