JOB PURPOSE:
Are you an experienced Investor Relations professional with a passion for numbers and modelling? Do you have the drive to work under pressure, be part of a new team and help guide our new business to success in the financial markets? Join us as the Investor Relations Manager for our new Ice Cream business and be part of our journey to becoming a separately listed entity from Unilever.
The Investor Relations Manager will be pivotal in shaping the company's relationship with its investors, shareholders, and financial analysts. You will be entrusted with communicating the Ice Cream strategy to diverse audiences while maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial communications. Your responsibilities will extend from handling investor inquiries to preparing detailed financial reports. You will also play a crucial role in executing the investor relations strategy and maintaining the company's IR website. Furthermore, you will engage directly with institutional investors through conferences, roadshows, and meetings.
The Investor Relations Manager will be part of the newly build Investor Relations team, along side the Investor Relations Director and reports to the Head of Investor Relations. This role is part of Ice Cream Finance.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
In this crucial role, you will:
Execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to support the establishment and growth of the new Ice Cream business.
Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and coordinate responses with relevant internal stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and press releases for quarterly earnings, annual reports, and other key events.
Assist with the preparation of proxy statements, annual meeting materials, and other shareholder communications.
Maintain the company's investor relations website ensuring it contains accurate and up-to-date information.
Lead the financial reporting calendar.
Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other key stakeholders.
Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings to communicate the company's story and investment thesis.
Contribute and help with the listing process, including preparing necessary documentation, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and ensuring compliance with listing requirements.
Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team including our own share register and changes in holdings.
Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and financial media including quarterly result delivery, roadshows, conferences, and meetings.
Represent IR in cross-functional projects such as Annual Report & Accounts, AGM preparation.
EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE/THE QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Minimum of >5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and capital markets. Experience with transformational environments, demergers, and/or listing process is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
A true team player who values collaboration, contributes to a positive team dynamic, and is eager to develop alongside the team.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and investor relations software.
