Local conditions apply

Full-time

If you want to work for a global, leading Ice Cream player with €8.3bn Turnover in 2024, come join Unilever Ice Cream! The Ice Cream business is part of the 670 billion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Magnum, Ben &Jerry’s, Wall’s, and Cornetto. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by the end of 2025.

Ice Cream has distinct characteristics from Unilever’s other operating businesses and the growth potential of Ice Cream will be better delivered under a different ownership structure. As Ice Cream company we are committed to developing and nurturing talent as we build our diverse and inclusive culture. You will have ample options for career growth and exploration, allowing you for you to explore roles and opportunities across the new organisation. Your career development will be a priority for us, and we are dedicated to supporting your growth journey within the new company.

JOB PURPOSE:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for Investor Relations? Do you have the expertise to guide a new business to success in the financial markets? Do you get energy from building the role from scratch and playing a crucial role in setting the team? Join us as the Investor Relations Director for our new Ice Cream business and be part of our journey to becoming a separately listed entity from Unilever.

The Investor Relations Director is responsible for managing and enhancing the relationship between the company and its investors. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy, ensuring effective communication of the company’s financial performance, strategic direction, and market position to the investment community. The Investor Relations Director will work closely with senior management to provide insights and feedback from investors and analysts, and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is part of Ice Cream Finance and reports to the Head of Investor Relations, who reports to the CFO.

Ice Cream Finance: Leading for a winning, trusted and investible global ice cream market leader

This is your chance for a ‘once in a lifetime’ career experience, playing a part in the creation of a fully independent, new Ice Cream organization, in what will be the Ultimate Pleasure Food company.

We are seizing this unique opportunity to reset the role of Ice Cream Finance. Together we will become the best and most admired finance team in the world, and we’ll do this by focusing on value creation, trailblazing future-fit financial processes and technology, and by becoming a training ground for financial craftmanship that will be the envy of everyone.

Just imagine the benefits of working within a single category, where everyone and everything is laser-focused on the same goal, where there's opportunity to develop deep and wide understanding of the business economics and international ecosystem of a single category, and to translate that into value creation.
