Job Purpose
Unilever is bringing in the full Radancy product suite to transform how we attract, engage, and convert talent. This role will act as the global enabler for recruitment marketing performance and adoption, ensuring TA hubs and RMI teams maximise value from the new ecosystem. By combining analytics with adoption, this role will build global standards, drive capability, and translate insights into action — ultimately delivering measurable impact on candidate experience, cost efficiency, and hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
•Global Product Ownership
•Act as the global champion for Radancy CRM, hosted apply, and events modules.
•Lead feedback loops with TA hubs, RMI teams, and Radancy to ensure the product roadmap addresses business needs.
•Adoption & Capability
•Develop and roll out training, toolkits, and playbooks for TA hubs.
•Track adoption rates and address usage barriers with regional teams.
•Build a global community of practice for recruitment marketing excellence.
•Insights & Analytics
•Design global dashboards to track funnel performance, engagement, and ROI.
•Provide monthly global performance packs with actionable recommendations for optimisation.
•Monitor career site SEO/SEM health and propose continuous improvements.
•Performance Optimisation
•Partner with RMI teams to translate insights into regional campaign improvements.
•Identify opportunities for remarketing, targeted talent pool growth, and automation journeys.
•Share best practices and replicate high-performing campaigns across hubs.
Key KPIs
•Campaign & Media Effectiveness
•80% of TA hubs actively using CRM & hosted apply within 12 months.
•90% of hub users trained and proficient within 90 days of onboarding.
•User satisfaction score >4/5 in quarterly surveys.
•Analytics & ROI
•70% of priority roles supported by active CRM talent pools.
•Candidate engagement rates exceeding industry benchmarks by 10%.
•Clear reduction in cost per lead / cost per qualified hire in priority markets.
•% of hires attributed to CRM and recruitment marketing campaigns.
•Performance Enablement
•<2 weeks average turnaround from insight → campaign optimisation.
•100% of hubs using global dashboards in monthly reviews.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resource, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in managing a Global Recruitment Marketing Platform or leading multi market change initiatives of recruiting products.
