As Engineering Project Manager, be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale capital expenditure projects within Minburi BPC Factory of B&W Greater Asia.

Main Responsibilities

• On Time In Full (OTIF) end to end delivery of large-scale capital project from design to completion, including the building expansion, factory re-layout, new equipment delivery, existed packing and mixing equipment relocation.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure projects comply with SHE, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), industry regulations, and company standards.
• Lead engineering project delivery team, including Unilever project engineers, 3rd Party CM team, construction contractor and MEI contractor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BG/BU engineering, PMO, Operation, procurement, and external contractors.
• Managing stakeholders and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Change management & change control
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely issue resolution.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

• Proven experience in managing CAPEX projects in FMCG manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in brownfield project management.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing large-scale project budgets.
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus

• Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment
• Effective communicator at all levels. Good presentation skills and ability to conduct effective meetings and presentations with large teams.
• Professional and positive approach – a can do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile when required
• Dynamic, self-motivated and self sufficient
• Ability to cope with pressure, assertive and adaptable
• Fluent in English, and Thai language is plus
