BUSINESS CONTEXT:

Pond’s is the largest brand in the Skin Care India portfolio (₹2400+cr TO in 2024) and has been growing at a strong 7% USG CAGR over the last 5 years. This has been led from the front by the Pond’s Face Care business – growing at ~12% USG CAGR over the same period and expanding portfolio into emerging demand spaces and formats while contemporising and premiumising itself. And Pond’s Face Care remains one of our biggest bets in the Skin Care India transformation strategy to win.

We are looking to hire for a role handling a part of the Pond’s Face Care portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive penetration-led growth on emerging formats & demand spaces in channels of the future

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrating an intuition for consumer-first thinking – develop a deep understanding of consumer preferences across formats & regimes, media consumption habits, shopping channels, triggers & barriers for different sub-categories – and translate all of this into growth opportunities to drive.
• Digital first media deployment – Plan & execute the monthly media plans across platforms. make key decisions of when & where to activate media to drive growth. Own the full funnel activation, including the performance marketing for this patch
• eCom Demand Generation & Strategy – Build plans with accounts to partner on & drive growth on the emerging cells in the portfolio in the online space. Develop plans on on-platform & off-platform media deployment to rebuild Pond’s as a new age GenZ brand

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• A decent understanding of ecom would be helpful, but is not mandatory
