MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills
- Visionary, with self-learning initiative, able to work well in a team.
- Deep analysis skills (5W+1H, RCA, etc.)
- Basic presentation skills
- Knowledge on:
Spares Management
Maintenance Planning
PM Execution
PM digitization e.g. DMS, SAP
