JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Recording the invoices issued by the customers whether debit or credit notes with the information have provided
• Preparing and publishing aging report of export business customers
• Responsible for reconciliation process with export customers through tracking customer invoices and collections
• Identifying discrepancies, investigating the causes of the discrepancies, and reconciling the accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Effectively communicating with customers during the reconciliation process
• Supporting the customers for their document requests
• Being a business partner for all internal and external stakeholders
• Being a team member/leader of new projects

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Audit
• Bachelor’s degree of a related field
• Understanding export regulations, customs procedures, and global trade practices is vital
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the billing process and reconciliation
• Proficiency in English & Turkish is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Handling transactions involving different currencies and managing exchange rate fluctuations
• Export business knowledge is a plus
