JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Managing and leading code,BOM and spec creation activities for full HC portfolio
• Managing data flow for all new product projects in BPM system for HC
• Managing code creation process for all spec types in BPM system on behalf of R&D HC categories
• Ensuring smooth data transition between R&D and Master Data team for MDM process
• Creating Upper Level Spec (DU –CU) hierarchy in PLM System for production recipes of all HC
• Creating packaging specs in AWS system
• Supporting between PLM and SAP master data problems and recipe problems with Master Data
• Managing new system implementations like NECO across Turkey&Arabia ,getting learnings from global team,educate all R&D data champions about new system and being a key partner of global team for all pilot studies and sharing regional inputs about new system with global teams.
• Supporting digitalization targets of HC R&D team
• Supporting Global USLP Environmental Project
• Leading Clean UP process in Turkey&Arabia for HC categories
• Managing Simplification and harmonization projects for HC categories
• Working in a collaboration with the Marketing, SC and DP planners, MasterData,R&D and Procurement departments

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1.5 years experience in related fields
• At least 1 year experience in any IT related areas
• Ability to work with Data standards to implement and support defined processes
• Must have a full understanding of the Business Planning Models
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Good level of usage of MS Communication tools such as Powerpoint, Teams, SharePoint and Data Analysis tools such as Excel
