This is a critical role for driving growth and flexibility within the UL SC through our CMs. As a CM Ops Assistant Manager, you are responsible for managing the relationship we have with our CMs and ensure they are engaged partners of UL in supporting existing business and launching new innovations.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Consistently demonstrate superior project execution skills and a growth mindset.
- Serve as the primary POC for Unilever’s relationship with our CMs and ensure they are well represented in Unilever meetings Working alongside the CM Ops Manager, build relationships with CM leaders and teams, holding them accountable on execution as you are their primary person of contact within Unilever
- Ability to act at speed and respond quickly to crises at our CMs by breaking down complex problems into actionable tasks
- Ability to take charge of problems, assemble the necessary team to sole
- Hold the CM accountable to deliver the various projects necessary to improve operational efficiency and waste reduction initiatives
- Work with the CM to support existing product lines and ensure service and customer delivery metrics are met while working with them to integrate the various innovations and new product launches
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and always look for ways to improve ways of working between CM and UL
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Foods CM network, including technology, capacity, run rates, quality performance, and attainment history
- Understand and improve the ways of working between Planning, Procurement and CMs
- Understand Foods businesses metrics and priorities in collaboration with Planning teams
- Monitor and manage operational and Quality performance of multiple CMs in collaboration with cross functional teams through weekly reporting, loss identification and cadence of meetings with CMs
- Perform CM site visits focused on quality, performance, and risk identification
- Support delivery of Foods service and inventory targets
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Logistics) (required)
- Moderate understanding of food manufacturing processes (Preferred)
- Working knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Power Point (required)
- Ability and desire to travel monthly to bi-monthly, as needed (required)

Pay: The pay range for this position is $69,360 to $104,040. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that areutilizedin making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
