Digital & Technology at Unilever is about using data, digital tools, and smart systems to transform how we work and how consumers experience our brands. You’ll gain exposure to areas like data analytics, automation, digital product development, and cybersecurity. In this role, you’ll help create efficient digital solutions, strengthen our technology backbone, and support teams across the business to work smarter, faster, and more connected.
Unilever Apprenticeship for Future Talents (UPLIFT) is 6-month apprenticeship program designed to prepare future Unilever talents through challenging projects. UPLIFT give you an opportunity to see the business and experience with a very supportive learning environment and direct professional development from Unilever leaders. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a talent ready with a strong leadership impact.
Candidate Criteria
- Final year students or fresh graduates
- Indonesian Citizenship
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
- A minimum GPA of 3.30
- Have strong leadership capability, active in organization, and passion to work in FMCG
- Available for a full-time and on-site apprenticeship starting from February – August 2026
