Main Responsibilities

• Lead Factory cost performance and factory budget. 

• Partner with Supply chain leadership to drive cost efficiency and cost improvement. 

• Drive saving program with Factory team.

• Drive Investment Business case

• Play a key role in supporting BU - Finance Business partner in managing Gross Margin performance, delivering insights on forecast variances (versus previous month, prior year, or budget), and highlighting risks and opportunities.

• Ensure supply chain control is in place according to Unilever design.

• Lead process simplifications and automation projects in Supply chain Finance area

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in finance-related field

• Prior minimum 5 years work experience in Finance

• A strong sense of purpose and ownership

• Works well under pressure, high sense of urgency and results driven.

• Enjoys solving issues and possesses an inquisitive mind, constantly looking out for better ways of working.

• Appreciates the importance of excellent processes and have an eye to ensure compliance and governance is in place for all process implementations.

• Organized, meticulous, motivated, mature and be leader as well as team-player

Skill

• A good understanding of Unilever P&L, especially in supply chain bucket.

• Able tohandle different project and stakeholder simultaneously.

• Ability to manage a team of 4-5 people effectively, providing them with clear directions and solutions to execute the required. Passionate about leading from within to bring out the best in others.

• Strong capability to work with stakeholders in difference locations to deliver targeted KPIs.
