Function: Customer Experience Coordinator
Scope: Poland
Location: Poland, Warsaw
Terms & Conditions: Hybrid working model. Right to work in Poland required. No relocation assistance will be available.
JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Data Analysis, Reporting by implementing: VBA, PBI.
Process Automation: Develop and maintain VBA scripts and macros to automate routine tasks within the Customer Operation, cost simulation and performance reporting
Data Visualization: Create interactive and informative dashboards or reports to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders
Integrating new customers and channels into existing processes in close alignment with CD
Input to commercial contract (Logistic, TTS, electronic data exchange )
Evaluating cost to serve efficiency and cost, especially inefficiencies from ordering behavior
Working closely with customers and using data analytics to get customer insights
Using customer insights to propose and drive improvements
1st point of contact for Grow for order to cash related questions
Managing recalls together with quality and CBD (control/support for shipping communication, monitoring of quantities & costs)
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in go to market supply chain functions as Customer Service or Logistics.
Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (including VBA, PBI, PPT)
AATP, Customer Portal , Pega CMD, Dashboards & Reports, High Radius Deductions
English language - minimum B2 level as a must
