Getting the right services and materials, sustainably sourced and ensuring responsible procurement is critical to ensuring our brands with purpose grow. JOB PURPOSE:

As the Regenerative Agriculture Program Manager, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of Unilever’s regenerative agriculture program. Your mission is to develop and implement a clear and impactful strategy, engaging both internal and external stakeholders to bring it to life. You’ll drive the consolidation of this strategy, build the necessary infrastructure, measure results, and continuously improve program performance.Your work will contribute directly to Unilever’s bold ambitions: implementing regenerative agriculture practices across 1 million hectares by 2030, reducing Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions by 30.3% from a 2021 baseline, and helping 250,000 smallholder farmers access livelihood programs by 2026.In this role, you’ll collaborate with Sustainable Sourcing Managers, procurement teams, Unilever’s local business units, and external consultants.
