JOB PURPOSE
Within Unilever Supply Chain, Customer Operations is a go to market function which involves managing and optimizing the processes and activities that directly impact customer interactions and satisfaction. Establishing the connection with Commercial Marketing function & Sales team for resolution of cross-functional short term supply related issues & the local Foods BU business waste agenda. Align stock allocation policies with the business and operates AATP. Prepare and analyses Business Waste Report and triggers action of disposal or offering to Customers & Traders by CBD.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Stock Allocation & AATP Governance: Align and automate stock allocation policies with stakeholders (Trade Marketing, Sales). Manage daily AATP business rules, prioritize customers, and ensure compliance with guardrails while collaborating with specialists to steer allocations.
- Risk Identification & Crisis Management: Proactively identify, quantify, and escalate short-term stock/OOS risks. Coordinate resolution of crises (product availability, quality issues, logistics disruptions) and communicate risks to relevant teams.
- Business Waste & Inventory Optimization: Analyze Business Waste Reports, manage write-off stock lists, and trigger disposal or customer/trader offers. Monitor finished goods waste and drive liquidation to minimize losses.
- System & Process Compliance: Use SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response Supply daily to mitigate risks. Update AATP logic, monitor KPIs, ensure accurate back-in-stock dates, and maintain master data integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Report risks, opportunities, and supply constraints to planning/demand managers. Represent Market supply chain in Regional Service meetings and align waste agendas with traders and sales teams.
- Service Performance & Accountability: Code root causes for service losses, track stock availability gaps, and define corrective actions to uphold customer service standards (OTIF, dispatch rate).
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Professional Experience: 2-4 years in supply planning (especially within short-term supply planning). FMCG experience preferred.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Technical Proficiency & Digital Acumen: Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot, VLOUKUP), Power BI (report development preferred), SAP.
- Language & Communication: Fluency in Polish and English (B2 Level).
